Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase there may be some circumstance which allow for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund the item must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date spa pools are not included.

REFUND PROCESS
To be eligible for a refund please contact us first by either calling 079200SPA (772) or emailing sales@thespashop.co.nz.  If approved by us please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will let you know if your refund request was approved or not.  
Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process.  Once approved your refund will be processed within 5 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
