Extra-Thick 100–70 mm Taper

One of the thickest spa cover designs available. The tapered profile helps rainwater run off and prevents ponding on the cover surface.

High-Density EPS Foam Cores

Constructed with expanded polystyrene foam cores to provide excellent insulation and help reduce heat loss.

Marine-Grade Top Vinyl

Durable marine-grade vinyl designed to resist moisture, mildew, UV exposure, cold cracking and everyday abrasion.

Heavy-Duty PVC Underside

The underside is manufactured from durable PVC material that resists mildew, moisture, cold cracking and abrasion.

Aluminium C-Channel Reinforcement

Lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminium channels provide additional strength and help maintain the cover’s structural integrity.

Reinforced Carry Handles

Tear-resistant reinforced nylon handles make opening, closing and positioning the cover easier.

Four Lockable Tie-Down Straps

Includes four securing straps fitted with child-resistant locking clips for added safety and security.

Corrosion-Resistant Nylon Zipper

A large number-eight nylon zipper is protected by a cover flap and will not corrode like a traditional metal zipper.

Quadruple-Reinforced Hinge

The centre hinge features four reinforced layers to strengthen one of the most frequently used areas of the cover.

Heat-Stopping Hinge Pads

Insulated heat-stopper pads help reduce heat loss through the centre hinge area.

Built-In Drainage Weep Holes

Drainage holes located underneath the cover allow condensation and trapped moisture to escape.

This cover is manufactured to order and generally takes up to 14 days to produce. Manufacturing times may vary during busy periods.
