Spa-Quip Inline Optical Water Sensor

The Spa-Quip Inline Optical Water Sensor is designed to detect water flow through the heater assembly and is a common replacement part for spas and swim spas fitted with Spa-Quip control systems.

If your spa or pool is displaying an “H2O” error code, the system is full of water, and you have already confirmed there are no circulation or flow issues, this sensor is often the cause of the fault.

Compatible Models

This sensor is suitable for Spa-Quip heater assemblies used with the following control systems:

  • SP400
  • SP600
  • SP601
  • SP750
  • SP800
  • SP1000
  • SP1200

Important: This sensor is designed for newer-style heater assemblies only and does not fit some older model heaters.

Not Compatible With

This sensor is not compatible with:

  • SP54500
  • SP500A

Installation Instructions

  • Install by hand only.
  • Tighten finger-tight.
  • Do not use tools, as overtightening may damage the sensor or heater housing.
