Designed for HotSpring Cover Lifters

Unlike many aftermarket spa covers, our covers include factory-installed internal metal mounting plates, allowing compatible HotSpring cover lifters to bolt directly to the cover just like the original OEM cover.

One of the thickest replacement covers available. The tapered design encourages water runoff while helping prevent ponding and prolonging the life of your cover.

Marine-Grade Vinyl

Heavy-duty marine-grade vinyl is waterproof and resistant to UV, mildew, moisture, abrasion and cold cracking for long-lasting performance in New Zealand conditions.

Durable PVC Underside

Tough PVC underside provides excellent resistance against moisture, mould, mildew and abrasion while remaining easy to clean.

Reinforced Aluminium C-Channels

Lightweight corrosion-resistant aluminium reinforcement provides superior strength and helps maintain the structural integrity of the cover.

OEM HotSpring Mounting Plates

Internal steel mounting plates are built into the cover for secure installation of compatible HotSpring cover lifters.

Heavy-Duty Carry Handles

Reinforced nylon handles are tear-resistant and designed for years of everyday use.

Child Safety Lock Straps

Four heavy-duty securing straps with child-resistant locking clips keep your cover safely secured when not in use.

Corrosion-Proof Nylon Zip

Large #8 nylon zipper with protective flap resists corrosion and provides easy access if required.

Quadruple Reinforced Hinge

The centre hinge features four layers of reinforcement, providing additional strength where the cover flexes the most.

Heat Stopper Seal
