Designed for HotSpring Cover Lifters

Unlike many aftermarket spa covers, this cover includes internal metal mounting plates in the correct locations, allowing compatible HotSpring cover lifters to attach securely to the cover in the same way as the original OEM-style cover.

100–70 mm Energy-Saving Taper

One of the thickest replacement cover profiles available. The tapered design encourages effective rainwater runoff, helps reduce ponding and provides excellent insulation across the spa.

High-Density EPS Foam Cores

Premium expanded polystyrene foam cores provide excellent thermal retention, helping reduce heat loss and ongoing spa heating costs.

Marine-Grade Top Vinyl

Reinforced marine-grade vinyl is designed to resist water, moisture, mildew, UV exposure, cold cracking and everyday abrasion.

Durable PVC Underside

The heavy-duty PVC underside provides reliable resistance against moisture, mould, mildew, cold cracking and abrasion.

Reinforced Aluminium C-Channels

Lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminium reinforcement provides additional strength and helps maintain the structural integrity of the cover.

Built-In Lifter Mounting Plates

Internal metal mounting plates allow compatible HotSpring cover lifters to be securely attached directly to the cover.

Heavy-Duty Carry Handles

Tear-resistant reinforced nylon handles make opening, closing and positioning the cover easier.

Child-Safety Lock Straps

Four heavy-duty tie-down straps with child-resistant locking clips help keep the cover securely positioned when the spa is not in use.

Corrosion-Proof Nylon Zipper

A large number-eight nylon zipper with a protective flap resists corrosion and is designed to withstand outdoor spa conditions.

Quadruple-Reinforced Hinge

The centre hinge features four reinforced layers for additional durability in one of the most frequently used areas of the cover.

Heat-Stopping Hinge Pads

Insulated heat-stopper pads help minimise heat loss through the centre fold and improve the overall thermal performance of the cover.

Condensation Drainage

Built-in weep holes underneath the cover allow condensation and trapped moisture to drain away, helping prevent moisture build-up.

Installation Note

When fitting a compatible HotSpring cover lifter to this cover, use a 3.5 mm drill bit at minimum and a 4 mm drill bit at maximum when drilling into the internal mounting plates. Using a drill bit outside this range may result in an incorrect fit.
