Our Story

The Spa Shop was founded in 2013 by Stuart Pinfold. The business began as Spa Guy Rotorua, originally focused on repairs and maintenance, before expanding into spa sales, refurbishment, parts, and ongoing service support. 

From Repairs to Full Spa Solutions

What started as a repair-focused business grew naturally as more customers wanted trusted help not just with fixing spas, but also with buying them, upgrading them, refurbishing them, and keeping them running properly.

We operate a full workshop with wet testing under real operating conditions, along with mobile technical support for diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
